Refund and Cancellation Policy

Digital guides (PDF downloads) All digital guides are delivered instantly via email after payment. Due to the instant-delivery nature of digital products, payments are non-refundable once the download link has been sent.

If your download link does not arrive or fails to work, contact us at astardusttohuman@gmail.com. We will either fix the delivery issue or issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Workshops If you cancel your workshop registration more than 48 hours before the scheduled date, you are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of the workshop are non-refundable, but you will receive the workshop recording at no additional cost.

If we cancel or reschedule a workshop, you will receive a full refund or the option to attend the rescheduled session.
